DreamWorks hit by slowing DVD sales

DreamWorks Animation shares fell on Monday after the film studio issued renewed profit warnings and withdrew a secondary stock offering “until market conditions warrant a transaction”.

The announcement followed an unexpected earnings fall in the first quarter and rival Pixar's profits alert this month.
