Visteon's UK arm faces bankruptcy

One of the UK units of Visteon, the financially troubled US carparts producer, said it was filing for bankruptcy yesterday.

This came as Delphi, the bankrupt supplier whose biggest customer is General Motors, said it was selling its remaining global suspension and brakes business to a Chinese company.
