Labour scents chance to wound Cameron

Lord Mandelson spearheaded a concerted attack on Andy Coulson, one of David Cameron's closest advisers, as the embattled Labour party yesterday scented a rare opportunity to inflict significant damage on the Tory leader.

The business secretary called on Mr Coulson to give a "full and open explanation" of what happened during his period as editor of News of the World.
