Opec chief blames PM for fuel price

Gordon Brown is “confused” about the reasons for high fuel costs, according to Opec’s secretary-general.

Abdalla El-Badri, the senior official of the producers’ cartel, attended a meeting in London to address the volatility in the price of oil. He told BBC radio that the prime minister was confused if he blamed Opec for high prices at the pump.
