Saab offices in S Korea raided

South Korean authorities have raided the office of Swedish defence and aviation company Saab to investigate whether money had been paid for military secrets that could help win a contract.

The authorities are investigating whether Saab paid the Security Management Institute, a private research company, for technical information on South Korea’s proposed home-grown fighter aircraft, the KF-X, defence sources said on Tuesday.
