Irish Stock Exchange overhauls Xetra platform

The Irish Stock Exchange (ISE) plans significant expansion of foreign share trading after an overhaul of the technology platform it rents from Deutsche Börse, the German exchange, the ISE said on Monday.

It is holding talks with banks and brokers outside Ireland in attempt to boost its membership from a current 37.
