Temasek dealmaker to set up own fund

A leading executive of Temasek, Singapore’s state in­v­es­tment agency, is the latest senior dealmaker in Asia to resign to start a China-focused private equity fund.

Frank Tang, Temasek’s director of China investments, will leave next month to concentrate on setting up his own fund. He will be joined by another senior Temasek colleague, Terry Hu, who has also resigned.
