Mike Danson, the owner of the New Statesman and Press Gazette, on Friday announced a proposed reverse takeover of TMN Group, the Aim-listed internet marketing company.

Mr Danson told the Financial Times that he had reached a conditional agreement with TNM for his Progressive Digital Media to reverse into the company.
