Running a trucking company has never been easy. But for Willie Oliver, who operates a 30-truck business, life is getting worse.

“We’ve seen a lot of our customers go to the wall,” he says. “Lots of businesses were teetering on the edge, now they have dropped off. That’s knocked us back.”
