Post Office woes blamed on managers

Post Office management has "consistently failed to show sufficient imagination or entrepreneurial flair" to improve profitability and stem the decline of the post office network, MPs said yesterday.

A report by the trade and industry select committee called on the government to do more to increase competitiveness, rather than just "managing decline".
