Peter Fader is the Frances and Pei-Yuan Chia Professor and Professor of Marketing at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He is also Co-Director of the Wharton Interactive Media Initiative.

His areas of expertise include customer relationship management, pricing strategies and marketing metrics.
