Anders Lif, global director of projects and industry marketing at enterprise applications provider IFS, spends 200 days a year away from his home in northern Sweden. His strategy for coping with all the hours he spends in airports is to listen to audio books that connect him to his culture.
“I like authors such as Kerstin Ekman – she writes amazing stories which are always set in cold and darkness of the far north. When I’m in an airport in South America or Asia, I listen to these. They let me lean on my heritage and help me survive while I’m travelling.”
