Citi beefs up board with financial experts

Citigroup on Friday moved to ease regulators’ and investors’ concerns over its governance and management by naming three new directors with extensive financial expertise and reshuffling responsibilities on its board.

As the Financial Times reported on Thursday evening, Diana Taylor, a former New York state banking regulator and companion of Michael Bloomberg, New York’s mayor, is one of the new directors.
