Rupertus Rothenhäuser spends most weeks driving up and down Germany’s autobahns, racing around the country to hold seminars and educate investors about retail derivatives.

Mr Rothenhäuser is the head of retail listed products for Germany and Austria for BNP Paribas and works in one of the world’s largest markets for retail structured products.
