Crocs chief snaps back at critics

The chief executive of Crocs, the US-based footwear company, was always going to need a thick skin when he took control of the group.

John Duerden, who took over six months ago, admitted he had never worn the clogs before taking the job and that his family were less than impressed by the brand.
