Babcock & Brown to alter fund structures

Babcock & Brown has agreed to make changes to the way it manages its infrastructure funds with the aim of addressing concerns over poor corporate governance at the Australian investment group.

Babcock & Brown Power and Babcock & Brown Infrastructure are set to change their governance and fee structures. The company wants to reduce perceived conflicts of interest at the funds, both of which are listed in Australia.
