Pakistan’s displaced return to Swat Valley

Truck owners across Pakistan’s North West Frontier Province were inundated with bookings on Sunday as more than 2m people who fled the fighting between the military and the Taliban in the northern Swat valley prepared to return home.

The refugees are heading back to half-destroyed neighbourhoods across a region that was once in effect controlled by the Taliban.
