There is sufficient evidence to extradite Alberto Fujimori to face justice in Peru, says a report from Human Rights Watch, the US-based campaigning organisation.

The report challenges the perception among many in Peru that although corruption was widespread during Mr Fujimori’s rule from 1990 to 2000, there is little hard evidence linking the former president with any crimes.
