UK seen as good place for start-ups

Britons take an upbeat view of the environment for business start-ups in spite of proliferating red tape, and are comfortable with entrepreneurs keeping a substantial part of the wealth they generate.

Their measured enthusiasm contrasts with pessimism among Italians and strong optimism among Americans, according to a survey conducted by Harris Interactive for the Financial Times.
