DisplayLink boosted by LG monitor deal

DisplayLink, a start-up from Cambridge, England, whose technology enables the use of multiple monitors on computers, will on Monday receive a significant boost from LG, the South Korean consumer electronics giant.

LG will unveil the first Windows Vista-capable computer monitor integrating DisplayLink’s technology, which will allow the daisy-chaining of multiple monitors without the need for extra graphics cards to drive them.
