Sir, I was disappointed to read your two articles “Industry slams new law on disclosure (October 24) and “Alarm bells ring too late for companies bill (October 25) suggesting that companies would be forced to disclose confidential information on employees and commercially sensitive details of licensing agreements and joint ventures. They will not, as I made clear in the House of Commons last week.
