The head of International Atomic Energy Agency yesterday urged Iran to speed up its co-operation and "clarify all outstanding issues" related to its nuclear programme by March.
Mohamed ElBaradei arrived in Tehran yesterday on a two-day visit to meet Iranian officials, including the supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who has the last say in the nuclear issue. Mr ElBaradei said he had asked for "maximum transparency" on the country's past and present nuclear activities.
