BAE Systems, the UK’s largest defence contractor, holds its annual meeting on Wednesday . It will be the last annual meeting for Mike Turner, the chief executive who retires in August.

The company is expected to confirm its bullish outlook for the coming year – it announced record orders at its full-year results in February.
