Deloitte staff were treated to a organisation-wide voicemail last week from John Connolly, their senior partner.
Mr Connolly, known for his blunt, straight-talking manner, told staff that KPMG’s decision potentially to cut back its working hours was an opportunity for Deloitte to win more business from its rival.
