Staffline Recruitment Group is to continue expanding its OnSites, which operate directly from factories and distribution centres to provide semi-skilled and unskilled workers.

The company said it had been hurt by a fall in demand from manufacturing, particularly the automotive sector. But the food division, which accounts for 62 per cent of the OnSite business, was proving resilient.
