Eurozone faces inflation risk as growth slows

Eurozone economic growth is slowing rapidly, despite Germany’s robust performance, with soaring oil prices threatening higher inflation.

Private sector economic output across the 15-country region grew this month at the slowest pace since July 2003, according to Friday’s eurozone purchasing managers’ indices.
