Footsie directors who work across the boards

About 9 per cent of FTSE 100 directors sit on the board of at least two of the UK’s largest companies, and 10 of them oversee three or more companies, a study has found.

The Resources Global Professionals consultancy examined boards of the FTSE 100 companies and found that 101 of the 1,095 directors listed in their 2007-08 annual reports held at least two board seats.
