Santa Fe: Community for those intent on business

Ask a foreigner about to travel to Mexico City for the first time and the chances are they will describe a scene of traffic jams, pollution, street vendors and colonial architecture.

But on the city’s western fringe, there are glass and steel skyscrapers packed together in a mix far more reminiscent of a modern US city than anything south of Tijuana.
