Commercial paper investors go on strike

The phone lines of some of the world’s largest financial institutions will be humming with an important conference call on Wednesday.

Investors and financiers linked to the asset-backed commercial paper market will stage a transatlantic debate about ways to end the current crisis in the global money markets.
