Fifteen die in Algerian blast

At least 15 people were killed and dozens wounded on Thursday when a bomb exploded in a crowd of people in a south-eastern Algerian town shortly before President Abdelaziz Bouteflika was due to visit the area.

Mr Bouteflika blamed Islamist militants.
