Guido and Gracie Bertoli are imagining the kind of retirement their parents’ generation might never have considered – half the year with family and friends in their native US and half by the beach in Mexico.
They bought off-plan the title to a quarter share in their three-bedroom condominium a year ago as both an investment and a step towards a new lifestyle.
