Indonesia starts to draw up reconstruction plans

Indonesian officials have begun to draw the outlines of a reconstruction strategy as agencies struggle to get aid to the survivors of Saturday’s central Java earthquake and calculate just how much help is needed.

The official death toll from the 6.3-magnitude quake yesterday rose to more than 6,200, with tens of thousands more injured.
