Experts unsure if 'hydra' was behind attacks

Egyptian investigators appear to disagree as to whether Saturday's Sharm el Sheikh bombings, the deadliest terror attack on Egyptian soil, are the work of a locally based, isolated network or an affiliate of the international al-Qaeda radical movement.

One official said on Saturday that the bombings appeared to be part of an international campaign orchestrated by al-Qaeda and targeting western and Arab countries.
