Eurozone's weakness ‘baffling’

The failure of eurozone economic growth to respond to structural reforms is baffling, a member of the European Central Bank's governing council has admitted.

The comments by Erkki Liikanen, governor of the Bank of Finland, are the latest evidence that the ECB has been taken aback by the weakness of the eurozone.
