Credit Suisse has found a new home for underworked leveraged finance bankers.
The team is being merged with its investment grade financing arm to create a new global credit unit headed by Tim O'Hara , former co-head of leveraged finance. His fellow former co-head Jim Amine was promoted to co-head of investment banking. Mr O'Hara is the last of the three former co-heads of leveraged finance to be reinvented, after Don Pollard 's move to alternative investments.
