White Green Young shares halve in value

Shares in White Young Green, the engineering and project management consultant, halved after the company warned that debt talks with its banks are likely to lead to a ”material dilution” for existing shareholders.

The company also said that, due to the scale of the potential dilution, it may fall foul of London Stock Exchange rules on free float, so its shares may no longer be able to trade on the main market.
