Clients are clogging up my cash flow

A number of my customers have recently extended their payment periods to 60 or 90 days. I am really going to struggle with cash flow under such payment schedules but don’t seem to have a choice. Are there any other ways for me to raise capital and maintain a viable cash flow?

A lot of businesses are being hit hard by the economic downturn and face the double threat of suppliers billing quicker and clients paying later. Cash management and cost reduction is a key priority.
