In recent days, some investors holding international bonds issued by Naftogaz, Ukraine’s state-owned gas group, have prepared a striking submission for UK regulators.

They argue that the price of Naftogaz bonds has gyrated so sharply that some individuals “may be trying to manipulate the bond price downward”.
