Kazakhstan's quickest-growing bank to raise up to $1bn on LSE

Alliance Bank, Kazakhstan's top retail lender and fastest- growing bank, expects to raise as much as $1bn (£496m) in an initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange this month.

The bank announced an indicative price range yesterday of $14 to $17.3 per global depositary receipt - each representing one-thirtieth of a share - for the public offering of about 20 per cent of its stock.
