Grainger seeks £238m for revival

Grainger, the UK's largest listed residential landlord, joined the list of property companies asking investors to back a rights issue, aiming to raise £238m to pay down debt and position it for a housing revival.

Grainger hopes to return to buying in the residential market, which has seen recent price growth.
