The first move of British Airways‘ long-haul flights into Heathrow’s Terminal 5 since the disastrous opening of the showpiece facility six weeks ago will take place in early June.
The critical test of the airport’s ability to cope with a fresh influx of passengers and baggage into T5 will include the transfer of BA’s single most important long-haul route to New York JFK with eight daily departures.
