DNO resolves Kurdish row

Shares in DNO, the Norwegian oil company, surged 36 per cent on Tuesday after it resolved a dispute with the Kurdish regional government that had thrown its future in Iraq into doubt.

DNO said it had received the go-ahead to restart operations after the Kurdish government lifted a suspension related to a controversial sale of DNO shares.
