Sir, I am writing in reaction to your story "SEC official sparks row over Aim 'casino' " (March 8) on the swift and angry response of the London Stock Exchange to the comments of commissioner Roel Campos of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, in which he compared the LSE's Aim market to a "casino" and further said that "30 per cent of companies listing on Aim were gone in a year".
