Tchigirinski house sold for cut-price £33m

A mansion on London’s exclusive Eaton Square in Belgravia – complete with 10m indoor swimming pool and staff quarters – has been sold for a knock-down £33m by a Russian tycoon.

Chalva Tchigirinski, who is being sued over the alleged appropriation of funds belonging to Sibir Energy, the London-listed oil company, is understood to have recently sold his London home.
