They are not shouting it from the rooftops. But the members of the cash-strapped coalition of Christian and Social Democrats could usher in a new phase in selling off state assets, changing for ever the face of transport in the country.
Having in the past 15 years sold an airline, a telecoms monopoly, parts of a postal service and its savings bank, and a long list of smaller companies, the government does not have much left to sell.
