Obama weighs putting the wisdom of crowds to work

On FixThisBarack.com, there is no shortage of advice on what the president-elect should do first when he assumes office.

Based on the sort of voting mechanism used by Digg.com, the online news service, visitors to the site have decided that his top priority should be to “seriously invest in alternate fuels”. Over on WhiteHouse2.org, meanwhile, the invocation to “end corporate welfare” is gaining popularity, though it still lags behind the call for a rethink of federal income tax.
