World Bank has greater problems than Wolfowitz

Sir, The decision taken recently by some Latin American countries on "getting rid" of the World Bank and its sister institutions should make the US and its cohorts sit up and take notice of the growing dissatisfaction among the developing countries with the role played by the World Bank Group. Unfortunately, the coverage in your paper during the last few days has remained focused on the general demand that Paul Wolfowitz should resign, as though that alone is going to set everything right.
