Clarity sought on Nestlé’s ties with L’Oréal

Relations between Nestlé and L’Oréal hang in the balance this week amid speculation the world’s biggest food group will clarify its plans for the French cosmetics company, in which it has the second-biggest stake.

Pressure for clarity comes as a crucial share lock-up deal, signed in 2004, ends.
