Ruzica Vojinovic, a loan officer for Podgorica-based Opportunity Bank, straddles two very different worlds.

But Ms Vojinovic’s grittier fieldwork also takes her three hours north along serpentine roads into Montenegro’s soaring Dinaric Alps.
