The organisation set up to build the venues for the London 2012 Olympics and the body responsible for staging the games are at odds over which will pick up the bill for securing the site against terrorism after it is built.

The Olympic Delivery Authority is set to finish the majority of the work on the Olympic park in east London a year before the games begin to allow time for tests of the facilities.
